About Us

Live Good Habits is about the small, everyday choices that add up: what you eat, how you start and end the day, how much you move and how you look after your mind.

How we write

Our guides are based on US public health guidance, mainly from the CDC, the Department of Health and Human Services and the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, along with published research where it helps explain why a habit works. AI tools help us research and draft; before anything is published, we check its facts and figures against those sources.

What we cover

  • Healthy eating: vegetables, snacks, drinks and slowing down at meals.
  • Daily routines: how habits form, habit stacking, mornings and evenings.
  • Wellbeing: sleep, physical activity, walking and stress.

Small steps, no extremes

You won’t find crash diets, miracle products or 30-day transformations here. We favor changes that are small enough to repeat and realistic enough to keep.

General information only

Our articles are general information for adults, not a substitute for medical advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or take regular medication, talk to your doctor before making big changes. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988; in an emergency, call 911.
